Catacombs-Basilica of St. Paul’s Oustside the Walls Basilica of St. John’s in Lateran
Through the first part of the Appian Way, with a view at the Domine Quo Vadis Chapel, we will reach the Catacombs (visit), the ancient underground Cemeteries and extraordinary expression of faith of the early Christians.
The tour continues with a visit to the magnificent Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, built over the tomb of the Apostle of the People, and then to the Basilica of St. John in Lateran, cathedral of Rome and the mother of all the Churches, with its masterpieces from Middle Ages to Baroque. Stop at the Holy Stairs, worshiped for centuries by all the pilgrims
